Fish Window Cleaning is looking for an Office Manager to help our fast growing business in the Santa Barbara and Ventura areas.

25-30 Hours a week.

No nights or weekends!

Blend of strong customer service skills and administrative background required.

Sales commissions and Bonuses available !

Duties include:

Answer phones

Process invoices

Assist operations manager with scheduling

Manage customer interactions

Accounts Receivable follow up

Help manage marketing efforts

CRM and Microsoft office experience required.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

We are looking for courteous, self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
