Our team enjoys the fun and friendly atmosphere, job flexibility and working outside. Working alone or in pairs, we spend more than 50% of our time outside in the fresh air! Typical Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00am – 5:00pm.

Compensation includes: $14.00 -$28.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

Acquire new commercial and residential customers through follow-up phone calls for written estimates given on site and to key contacts made during your direct sales effort.
Develop residential customer base through commercial customer referrals, subcontracting from maid services, and personal contacts and community networking.
Weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual sales goals to meet
Must be willing to learn and develop new skills.

Job Requirements:

Goal-oriented and results-driven.
Good organizational skills and ability to follow-through on contacts made.
Excellent communication skills in person and on the telephone.
Driver’s license
Valid auto insurance

Compensation: $15.50 - $28.00 per hour

We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
