Fish Window Cleaning is hiring a motivated applicant to fill our Operations manager position on a full-time basis (flexible hours, but focus is on morning to get the routes kicked off). This job is perfect for a hard-working candidate who excels at independent, thoughtful work. Here at Fish Window Cleaning, we work Monday – Friday with no evening hours, weekends or holidays!! Our team enjoys the fun and friendly atmosphere, job flexibility and working with supportive people.

Typical Schedule: Mon-Fri, (7 a.m to 3 p.m.)

Pay: $23-$26 per hour

Job Description:

Manage daily production including scheduling and distribution of work orders and ensure all work orders are complete each week.
Clean when necessary
Maintain and oversee the running of the office duties and needs.
Data Entry
Creating work orders and reconciling work orders.
Performing administrative office duties i.e., filing, organizing, mail & emails, office supplies, inventory, etc.
Assist Human Resources with payroll & hiring.
Purchasing, inventory and license renewals
Assisting in creating customer estimates and proposals
Answering phones and dealing with customer calls and thank you notes

Compensation: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

We are looking for courteous, self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
