About the Role:

Join JDC Ventures, Inc. as a Service Technician and play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients in Frederick, MD. Whether you prefer full-time or part-time, this position offers a dynamic work environment where you can showcase your technical skills and passion for customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair a variety of equipment and systems in a timely manner.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance.
Provide exceptional customer service and support during on-site visits.
Document service calls and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experience.
Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to enhance service offerings.
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all service activities.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
Proven experience as a service technician or in a similar role.
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends if needed.

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

We are looking for courteous, self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
