This position provides paid training and the opportunity to develop stronger organizational, communication and time management skills as well as gaining hands-on sales experience. Typical Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00am – 4:00pm

Pay: $12+, plus commission and bonusses.

Job Responsibilities:
Estimate onsite windows for window cleaning

· Acquire new business through follow-up phone calls to key contacts made during estimating process.

· Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual estimates/sales goals to meet.

· Excellent communication skills in person and on the phone.

· Good organizational skills and ability to follow-through on contacts made.

Compensation: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour

We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
