We are looking for fun, energetic, and engaging people to join our sales team! It isn't hard work, but being comfortable walking into a retail business, restaurants, etc. to talk about our services is a must. The good news is we are selling a service people generally don't want to do themselves, so the conversations are very light, quick, and pleasant.

As an Estimate Writer, you can expect --
Paid training on best practices to provide professional window cleaning estimates to prospects. You’ll gain hands-on experience that will help you for years to come with the guidance of a mentor and other members of our team. The skills and experience gained from this position will set you worlds apart from the applicants in the sales industry.
Estimate Writer Duties and Responsibilities
• Territory will include: Southeast LA County & Northwest OC Businesses (no residential)
• Goal of at least 20 estimates a day
• Goal of at least 20 estimates a day
• Learn the ins and outs of cold call selling - estimate writing
• Set and achieve goals - weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly
• Learn and apply sales techniques
Requirements
• Strong self-motivation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must have a working mobile smartphone
• Valid driver’s license, valid car insurance and reliable vehicle for transportation

Compensation: $3 per valid estimate submitted (average bi-weekly pay is $600 for approx. 3 hours of estimating a day)
Background check and MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check will be performed and hiring process will move quickly.
