Fish Window Cleaning is looking for part time Window Service Associates in Arcadia, CA.

Responsibilities
As a Window Service Associate, you will:
  • Clean: 
    • Commercial and residential windows safely and efficiently (up to 3 stories).
    • Collect payments and accurately record job details.
  • Sales:
    • Promote additional services and products to customers.
    • Generate new business leads and referrals by introducing Fish Window Cleaning to new potential clients.
  • Attitude:
    • Provide friendly, professional service to customers.
    • Represent Fish Window Cleaning with professionalism and pride.
Please note: You will also assist with other tasks as needed - the above responsibility list is not all-inclusive, and ad-hoc duties may be assigned.

Required qualifications:
  • A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation (you’ll need this to get from job to job), and liability car insurance.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Must be capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working on ladders or at heights.
Job Schedule - Flexibility is required.
  • Workdays vary Monday - Friday, with start times between 6:30 AM and 9:00 AM.
  • Hours are up to 20 per week, depending on workload.
  • Schedule is dynamic - you’ll be notified the day before if you are needed. 
Compensation: 
  • $20.00 per hour during the training period. Once fully ramped up, pay will transition to a performance-based structure.
