About the Role:
Join Fish Window Cleaning of Forest Hill as a Hybrid - Sales/Window Cleaner, where you will blend your passion for customer service with hands-on window cleaning. This dynamic role allows you to engage with clients while delivering top-notch cleaning services in a supportive and friendly environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales calls and follow-ups to generate new business opportunities.
- Perform high-quality window cleaning services for residential and commercial clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and effectively address client inquiries.
- Maintain equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed during cleaning operations.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Assist in marketing efforts to promote services within the local community.
- Manage time efficiently to meet scheduled appointments and deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals and enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective sales and customer interaction.
- Previous experience in sales or window cleaning is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks at various heights.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour

We are looking for courteous, self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
