We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing person who enjoys meeting new people and having conversations. If you’re comfortable talking to strangers, like being out in the community, and want a flexible part-time role, this could be a great fit for you. No sales experience required—we provide training and support to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do:
- Talk with local businesses and homeowners to introduce our services
- Build relationships with cleaning companies, property managers, and other local businesses
- Follow up with people who have already received estimates or shown interest
- Grow new customer relationships through referrals and community connections
- Keep track of conversations and follow up as needed
- Work toward achievable sales goals at a pace that fits your schedule
What We’re Looking For:
- A warm, friendly, and outgoing personality
- Comfortable talking with new people in person and on the phone
- Organized and dependable with good follow-through
- Willing to learn how to prepare simple on-site estimates (we’ll train you)
- Motivated and goal-oriented
- Honest, confident, and professional
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
