Fish Window Cleaning is looking for a reliable and hardworking Window Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be trained to clean residential and commercial windows to ensure a clear, professional finish while delivering outstanding customer service. We have an excellent work environment and great people.
Typical Schedule: Monday - Thursday; 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, every other Friday
Pay ($18-$23) per hour based on performance, plus tips, after training period
Responsibilities
- Clean interior and exterior windows using professional tools, techniques, and equipment
- Safely use ladders and safety equipment when needed
- Maintain and organize cleaning equipment and supplies
- Provide friendly, professional customer service on-site
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
- Assist with gutter cleaning, screen cleaning, etc.
Qualifications
- No experience required — training provided
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid drivers license

Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

We are looking for courteous, self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
