Job Summary
As a Window Cleaning Technician, you will provide top-quality window cleaning services for commercial and residential clients in the Metro East area. You’ll operate safely, use professional techniques, and deliver exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and thrives in a supportive team setting.
Responsibilities
- Clean interior and exterior windows, glass surfaces, screens, and frames to a spotless finish
- Safely set up, use, and move ladders and equipment up to 30 feet as needed
- Perform tasks that may require standing, bending, squatting, reaching overhead, and repetitive hand movements
- Maintain a clean, organized work area; follow safety protocols and company best practices
- Communicate clearly with customers, listen to needs, and provide courteous service
- Read street guides and follow directions to job sites; report any issues to supervision
- Balance time efficiently to complete assigned routes and maintain schedule
- Complete basic administrative tasks as needed (e.g., note client preferences, keep service records)
Qualifications
Required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Liability car insurance
- Ability to read a street guide and follow directions
- Excellent customer service skills; professional and friendly demeanor
- Good handwriting and clear spoken communication
- Ability to count money and make change (if handling payments)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Physical and other requirements
- Able to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs
- Able to perform repetitive motions with hands, wrists, and arms
- Able to work with arms raised above head
- Able to bend, squat, and work at ground level
- Able to work in temperature ranges from 0 to 110 degrees
- Able to assemble, lift, and climb ladders up to 30 feet

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

We are looking for courteous, self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
