About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and customer segments.
- Support the sales team in bidding and onboarding new clients.
- Engage with customers through in person visits, calls, and emails to nurture relationships.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss sales performance and strategies.
- Track and report on sales metrics to measure success and areas for improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work full-time during the summer months.

Compensation: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

We are looking for courteous, self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
