About the Role:
Join Fish Window Cleaning as a Sales Intern and kickstart your career in a dynamic and supportive environment! This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales while working with a passionate team dedicated to driving success.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads.
- Conduct market research to support sales strategies.
- Write and give sales proposals.
- Assist sales team with reaching goals and numbers.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations.
- Help in the preparation of sales proposals and reports.
- Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with marketing to align sales initiatives.
- Attend training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Support administrative tasks related to sales operations.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Previous internship or experience in sales is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.

Compensation: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour

We are looking for courteous, self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
