The Details
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–3:30pm
- Pay: $18/hr+
- 401k: 3% Contribution by company
- Training: 2 weeks paid at $15/hr — no experience required
- Work type: Indoor & outdoor, ground level with some ladder work
- Season: Year-round
What We're Looking For
You don't need window cleaning experience — just the right attitude and these basics:
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle with proof of liability insurance
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs
- Comfortable working on ladders up to 30 ft
- Can work in varying temperatures (0°–110°F)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently

We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
