Are you a self-starter who wants to control your own income?
Fish Window Cleaning is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to grow our commercial client base in the Las Vegas area — one of the largest territories in the entire Fish Window Cleaning network, with real room to grow. This is a territory-building role — you'll be out in the field, meeting business owners and property managers face to face, writing estimates on the spot, and closing your own accounts.
What the job actually looks like:
- Monday–Friday, daytime hours only — no nights, no weekends
- You set your own daily route and manage your own pipeline
- Most of your sales will come from consistent follow-up, not one-call closes
- Uniforms and training provided
What you'll earn:
- 2-week paid training period at $14/hour
- After that: $300/week guaranteed base, plus 10% commission on everything you close — no cap. Most reps run $600–900/week total once ramped up.
- Minimum standard is 15 estimates a day, with 20 as the target
- Compensation Target: $32,000/year
What we're looking for:
- Comfortable talking to strangers and asking for the business
- Organized enough to follow up consistently — this is where the money is made
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Compensation: $32,000.00 per year

We are looking for courteous, self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
