What You'll Learn:
Paid training on how to write professional, accurate window cleaning estimates for prospective customers. You'll work directly with an experienced mentor and team, picking up sales and estimating skills that translate far beyond this job. You'll be representing the best window cleaning crew in the Birmingham Metro — and it shows.

- Territory: Birmingham, Hoover, Vestavia Hills, Homewood, Mountain Brook, Trussville (edit to your actual coverage)
- Learn professional estimate writing from the ground up
- Set and hit goals — weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly
- Build real-world sales skills you'll use for the rest of your career
What You Bring:
- Strong self-motivation and follow-through

- Valid driver's license, current car insurance, reliable transportation

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

We are looking for courteous, self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
