Looking for an active, outdoors job with predictable hours? Serving Birmingham homes and businesses with quality, reliable service, our team is expanding again. We’re currently searching for 1–2 dependable individuals to join us in the field. Prior window cleaning or trade experience isn't required—if you bring a strong work ethic and a good attitude, we will teach you the rest.
Position Details & Key Responsibilities
- Clean residential and commercial glass, screens, and window tracks using professional techniques.
- Work primarily from ground level, with routine ladder equipment used safely as trained.
- Travel to local job sites daily using company transportation.
- Interact professionally with clients to ensure high satisfaction on every job site.
Compensation & Pay Structure
- Starting Rate: $16/hour for the initial ~2-week onboarding and hands-on training period.
- Production Pay: After training, compensation transitions to performance-based pay, with typical technicians earning between $18 and $22 per hour.
- Top Performers: Experienced technicians frequently earn $25+ per hour as efficiency increases.
- Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly direct deposit.
Work Schedule & Hours
- Hours: Monday through Friday, approximately 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Off Time: Strictly no weekend shifts or evening hours required.
- Environment: Outdoor, active work performed across standard seasonal weather conditions.
Applicant Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably on your feet all day.
- Willingness and comfort working on ladders when required.
- Punctual, reliable, and at least 18 years of age.

Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
