About the Role:
Fish Window Cleaning / TTCL Services LLC in Billings, MT is looking for a motivated and organized Office Admin to join our growing team! This is a fantastic opportunity to be the backbone of a dynamic local business where your contributions are noticed and valued every single day.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments and manage daily dispatching
- Maintain accurate customer records and data entry in office management systems
- Process invoices, payments, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Support management with administrative tasks, reporting, and office organization
- Communicate with field technicians to ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle customer follow-ups and assist with resolving service-related concerns
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office support role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude
- Basic bookkeeping or invoicing experience is a plus
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

We are looking for courteous, self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
