This is a full time position (5 days per week) and we work some Saturdays.

There are 4 days of work in Monmouth County area and 1 day per week in Ocean County.

BASIC JOB DESCRIPTION:

-Clean ground level commercial storefront glass to high quality expectations
-Average day is 15 to 20 storefronts.
-Maintain equipment
-Drive and maintain your own vehicle
-Meet in Matawan several days per week

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

-Be an early riser
-Have your own cell phone
-Basic organizational skills
-Attend office and safety meetings
-Handle outdoor weather
-Stand on feet all day and use ladders
-Have your own vehicle in good & clean condition

COMPENSATION:

-Percentage performance pay (the more you do, the more you earn)
-Average weekly pay is $400-$500 (Some cleaners make more)
-Paid bi-weekly
-Extra periodic bonuses!
-All uniforms and equipment are supplied! (on loan to you)

YOU NEED TO HAVE:

-A good attitude
-Ability to climb high ladders
-Clean record and drug-free (we have drug testing)
-Team spirit

We conduct our interviews at 9am to 10am during the week.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand on feet for long periods of time
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Able to do repetitive motion with hands, wrist and arms
• Able to work with arms above head
• Able to bend and squat to ground level
• Able to work in temperatures ranging from 0 to 110 degree
• Able to assemble, lift and climb ladders up to 30 feet

• Able to count money and make change
• Self-motivated and able to work alone
