We are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to our office. Below are some of the job requirements and responsibilities affiliated with this position.

Responsibilities:

Make and receive calls.
Gather information from customers / data entry.
Create and print work orders.
Assign and check-in finished work orders.
Send out billing and focus on collections.
Schedule projects with General Manager.
Create and make bank deposits

Requirement:

Must have outgoing personality and be able to deliver great customer service.
Must have transportation to and from office.
Must have experience in Microsoft Office products.
Must be able to learn franchise software.

Compensation: $13-$15 hour

We are looking for courteous, self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
